Capture a special moment in time...
Jed draws from 22 years of experience in New York commercial photography to help capture a candid image of your pet.
Not just another studio pet portrait…
Jed likes to do dog photography with early morning or late day light in rural areas of Delaware that are teeming with wild life and smells that will pique your pups senses. As a result, the images Jed captures are unique because the photos of your dog will come to life as they are caught in moments of peaked senses of sight, smell and sounds.
The process for dog photo sessions…
First, your pup is picked up and taken to the area where Jed will do the photo shoot. He does all his shoots alone with your pet. He spends as much time as needed getting to know your dog and getting the shot which could involve a second day. It's this initial time Jed spends with your dog where trust and bonding are formed. He says; “Once you get down on a dog's level and lie around and experience nature with them, they become your friend for life!” After this bonding period many dogs he photographs can be trusted off leash.
Included with your dog's photo session...
Jed will edit your pup's photographs and pick what he feels is the best shot then retouch and remove the lease if needed. He will print two 3.5” x 5” photo magnets each personalized with their name in a font he feels matches their personality. All the images will be up loaded to a gallery where you can order prints or gifts from your favorite shots.
For the photo session (which lasts as long it takes to get the shot) you get two personalized magnet photos and access to all the photos from the shoot with the best shot retouched. All for $185. It's a rare occurrence but if Jed can’t get what you consider to be a great shot of your dog, there will be NO charge.

Yes…but some cats are hard if not impossible to photograph due to their timid nature.
Jed will do his best and will depend on you to tell him about your cat's temperament with new people. Jed would need to do the photo session in your home when it is quiet and no one is home to cause distractions. If your kitty spends time outdoors he will try to get the shot outside.
